So this is my entry into the great and self-absorbed world of blogging. Like Mr. Wilde said, the only excuse for participating in something as useless as a blog is if you admire it intensely. I will definitely never write anything useful, so I had better get ready to love this thing. At the very least, I hope to be mildly amusing and keep posting for at least a few weeks before I get bored.
